I'm Canning!
I'm on a canning spree again! It goes in phases. Yesterday I canned 26 quarts of Beef Stew! Here's the recipe!

Again....I need to learn. I have a canner, and learned how to can chicken, but I would love to learn how to can meals!
Wow, that's awesome. I have no idea how to can. I don't know that I make anything worth canning...hmm. :)
