*hack hack*

Tomorrow, here in the Phoenix area, we will tie the record of 101 days without rainfall. Not a great record! "No rain = beautiful days", you might say. Not so! Yesterday I drove through the middle of downtown Phoenix on my way to a friend's house. It was like the car was cutting a path through a cloud. A very brown and stinky cloud! Usually, you can see a smog cloud hovering over the city in the distance, knowing that there's one over you too. But today, you could see it right out your window, and the smell was horrible! We have been under a pollution advisory since way before Christmas, and until the rain comes and washes our air, the advisory holds. So far, no forecasts of rain in the future.

No wonder so many people are sick this year!

I didn't realize it was that bad down there.....

Can you create a white girl rain dance and get the clouds going??

We'd just have acid rain. I think the air will be cleaner, but then everyting will have an inch of crud all over it.

It's kind of like breathing peanut butter.

It's so disgusting! We've been miserable in our house hold too. Not to mention the other down falls of no rain/no moisture of any kind...static electricity in your hair that you can't cure for nothing! I don't think I've worn a baseball cap this much since high school....and people keep moving here, why?
