Harry Potter

Yesterday, we bought the new Harry Potter book. Our family is a big fan of the series. Since I'm the fastest reader, it was my pleasure to be the first to plunge into the new adventure. I finished the book this evening and...HOLY CRAP! I cannot believe the ending! I won't share it with you, just in case you're not finished, but I seriously don't know how they can make this one into a movie!

Let me know what you think when you're finished!

(WARNING, SPOILERS!)
I finished reading it late Saturday night. I was not surprised at who dies, but I was surprised at who the Half-Blood Prince was. I thought for sure it was Voldemort! After my first reading, I thought that perhaps Snape had made some Unbreakable Vow with Dumbledore and that's why he finished him off, when he knew that he was dying anyway, because there must've been some iron-clad reason why Dumbledore trusted him so implicitly. However, after starting to read it aloud for my husband (who is the slowest reader in the universe), I am starting to rethink that. What do you think?

Phenomenol book!! And I think that it would make a very good movie!! Of course, it would be a cliffhanger ending!! Just like the Lord of the Rings series. I was very surprised also to who the Half Blood prince was.

A bit disappointed. It was too slow and not nearly as much a nail biter as the others.

I loved the book and was totally surprised at the ending! I also agree that it would be hard to make into a movie. at least to make it a kids movie.

here via blogexplosion, btw.
